      Pros

      Work at home is the only benefit.

      Cons

      The management is a joke. Training is a joke. You don't get real experience until you get on the floor. They called us to a team meeting at the end of the project to tell us that we was fired. They locked us out of our kronos, workbooth, VMware, etc. The reason I found out later is because the didn't want us to claim our so called RETENTION BONUS. We never received it. Their is a class action law suit against this company and I see why. PLEASE RUN DON'T APPLY there are better work at home jobs like Uhaul, Apple, American Express, Arise, Carnival.

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
