Pros

Regular hours, four weeks of training, conveniently located, awesome trainers. It's a decent source of of reliable income if you can work full time with the requirement of your 40 hours being 5 8-hour shifts.

Cons

Mistakes on paychecks, not flexible at all with schedule (I had a hard time getting time off for a mandatory court appearance. Poor management, unrealistic expectations for breaks, it's definitely all about favoritism.

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
