      Lots Of Fun - Customer Service Representative TTEC Employee Review

      Pros

      Offered OT a lot, did lots of events for the employees (appreciation week, bbq, free ice cream, etc...), pays more than minimum wage, become friends with a lot of people, ability to move to higher positions

      Cons

      Training was 1 month but things changed so much with the company we answered calls for that we always had new stuff to learn, no guarantee you'll get the shift you want/need during shift bids, not very flexible with scheduling (meaning you have to work the same time everyday, but you can sometimes switch shifts with someone else if they will cover yours)

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
