Pros

Pay was great for what my day entailed. Inside sales agent, no cold calling. There was no commission, so this wasn't ideal, but fair enough since most of the callers were calling in to purchase anyway, it wasn't like I had to go looking for people to sale to. There was a target to sell 30% of your calls, which was at times impossible, because even non sales calls count against you (Even if someone called and just had the wrong number, once your phone rings, it counts.) There was really no penalty for not reaching your goal, but they do pull you off the phones for coaching and just to keep your numbers from getting worse. Managers and trainers were really cool

Cons

It can get a little bit boring being tied to your chair with no human contact for 8 hours straight. Simple things like going to the bathroom would require you to log out of the system so you aren't getting paid during those times.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
