Pros

office is closed to bus/metro work from home was an option

Cons

- the salary is low, only covers rent and bills - daily demanding for overworking time / they treat humans like robots/lemons, continuously change our working routine, in a daily manner - the management and team leaders support friends and family while squeezing all the other good and hardworking people - working place is toxic and unhealthy / people are getting sick due to working conditions and pressure - hiring decreases even in high season (hotel industry) while firing increases (mainly because people are tired and sick, hence cannot produce as much as they used to, or because they're just expressing their dissatisfaction, about the operating requirements) - bonuses and awards only offered to friends, family, and people that snitch

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
