Pros

Good benefits [except the outrageously expensive health insurance], vision, dental and PayActiv [which allows you to get paid 50% after every shift]. Fun employee engagement events. Variable schedule.

Cons

ZERO GROWTH!! There are tons of programs to help grow your career...but you won't be eligible for any of them. Those programs are for Management only. And don't EVER expect a raise!! They say that raises come in the form of monthly bonuses for top employees, but the metrics are impossible to attain, with the exception of 'favorited employees'. Their company motto should be: Over promise and underdeliver.

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
