Pros

Most of the work is remote.

Cons

The benefits are the bare minimum to say they have them. Healthcare deductibles so high, hardly even worth getting the insurance. Easily the most difficult company to work for in my career. IT support is poor and seems like you're bothering them to help you. Bottom line, anything that had to do with corporate was a poor experience - and customer service experience is their mantra.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
