      - Set schedule - Schedule bids - Bonus when metrics are met - Benefits - healthcare (including vision and dental), pto, sick days, 401k = Easy to apply - Group virtual interview process - Paid training - Decent pay but not a liveable wage - Full time and part time positions

      Cons

      - PTO is offered but not always guaranteed - Lots of MTO (mandatory time off) and you don't have a choice but to leave and are not paid - sometimes can be an entire shift - Lots of tech issues

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
