      Pros

      I like my role and the practice I am part of on the sales side. I enjoy learning new things, and I have a chance to do plenty of learning. Tuition reimbursement is a great benefit as I work through my MBA, and overall, it is an excellent company to work for in some practices that have been established.

      Cons

      Management needs more training, and new leadership needs to be recruited into acquired companies. If you are not part of the company that originally was acquired and are hired after the fact, you are out in the cold. The compensation plan leaves a little to be desired. I would say it is not the worst I have had, but I am not going to live like I have in the past on the current plan. However, working harder for less is not fun.

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
