Pros

You get to meet some interesting people and the pay they promise you at hiring is good. There is nothing else good to be said for this company at any level.

Cons

Under qualified management Position involves several things that you are specifically told it would not during "interview" No real interview, it was more like an orientation. They do not pay as promised. You have to fight, in my case for over a month, to get your sign on bonus. Management can be plain cruel if you aren't meeting their personal quota that is hire than the company-required one, even if you aren't on that supervisor's team. Serious nepotism for most people in an on-site, upper management position.

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
