      Pros

      Positive environment, respect and safety. Continuous training, opportunities.

      Cons

      Some managers see Teleperformance as a role model instead of avoiding at all costs. Large pay gaps between different languages - unfair and counterproductive. HR lacking across the board. Referral bonuses advertised, but almost never fulfilled - too many vague hoops to jump. Work Shifts disrespectful of individual's ability to return home. A company must respect its workers and take into consideration the limitations of public transport in Athens, Greece.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
