Pros

Pros: great benefits; promotes equity and inclusion of all people; strong focus on legal practices and professionalism; fair and equal treatment to all employees regardless of professional status; great values - "act as one" not only do we work on the same team, but we are also all on the same page, "seek first to understand" for both the priorities of our customers, but also for each other; "do the right thing" is the guiding directive of everything we do.

Cons

Cons: spam - your work email gets full of stuff that you really don't need, such as optional meeting invites to celebrate xyz (which you don't get paid for btw), introductions to new softwear not applicable to your role, endless IT ticket updates (3 emails per update), etc. Pay - don't expect any raises unless you get promoted, and then don't expect any raises after. TTEC seems to have a lot of great ideas that they push through without actually completing it before or after promoting it. It's like, they put forth a lot of effort for starting xyz, then half way through get tired of fleshing it out and call it good enough and promote the idea. Examples would take up too much room.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
