Pros

Best opportunities for freshers and 1-4 years experienced and good opportunities almost all ages. One of the companies I had seen in BPO and KPO's who hired irrespective of age, race, sex, religion or region as they mention in Careers pages. (Most of the companies doesn't though they mention) Good in maintaining a work flow or process. Good in following the best practices at work and improving.

Cons

Poor understanding of the situations at work. (Though this point and next is almost everywhere as I hear and understand) One or two Seniors trying to judge the situations going by the situations from one or two ends often forgetting the impact doing so. Lack of respect of employees over seniors often just finding solutions that are temperory. Finding ways to tackle a situation with a complete understanding and until then maintaining the work and process to the best practices possible allowing the client to know where to save money and where to invest more (From my perspective about certain situations, may not be everything) lacks as I have seen. Despite certain flaws I have seen, Ttec is one of the best companies to work with, be it clients or customers or employees.

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
