Employees who consistently underperform or make repeated mistakes often face few consequences. Mistakes made by others frequently have to be corrected by coworkers, creating additional workload for employees who are already performing well. There appears to be a disconnect between upper management and warehouse operations, making employees feel that their concerns and feedback are not fully understood. perception of favoritism in promotion decisions. I observed multiple instances where employees with family ties to management were promoted, which made the process feel less merit-based.
