Pros

I am approaching my 1 year anniversary with TVH. From the first time I walked in the building for my first interview I could feel the family and employee centric vibe. TVH offers one of the most unique and thoughtful benefits and amenities packages one could imagine. From the fitness center and onsite health clinic to the soon to be built daycare and coffee/smoothie shop. Two things at TVH that stick out most to me in terms are rareness are; 1. How approachable and understanding the executive team is and 2. How much TVH promotes having a work/life balance.

Cons

IF you work any substantial amount of time for TVH, you will become accustom to a culture and benefits + amenities that you may not find anywhere else. If you ever choose/have to go work somewhere else, it may be a very tough adjustment. Leaving behind all the things that TVH has to offer.

Pros

Friendly and supportive coworkers who make the day-to-day work environment enjoyable. Sometimes get ice-cream

Cons

Hard work and strong performance often do not feel recognized or rewarded. There is a noticeable lack of accountability. Employees who consistently underperform or make repeated mistakes often face few consequences. Mistakes made by others frequently have to be corrected by coworkers, creating additional workload for employees who are already performing well. There appears to be a disconnect between upper management and warehouse operations, making employees feel that their concerns and feedback are not fully understood. perception of favoritism in promotion decisions. I observed multiple instances where employees with family ties to management were promoted, which made the process feel less merit-based.
