Pros

There are no real good reasons to work for TVH. If you need money and dont plan on being there long its a good fit.

Cons

This is a company that has NO respect for its employees that work in the warehouses. You get no respect! Management PURPOSELY does things to assist one shift, and hinder another, and this is done openly. Then when problems arise between co-workers, they cant seem to understand why. As long as orders get out the door, thats the ONLY the the higher up at TVH care about. The turnover rate there is ridiculous!!! O yea, there are NO minorities in management. Theres a African guy thats a lead, and thats it.

We are sorry you had a bad experience. TVH is committed to fostering a challenging and rewarding environment for all employees, and continuously living our motto, We Are One. Our communication task force was created to improve communication throughout the company and departments. The newly implemented Employee Engagement Management program measures and understands our organization’s dynamics. We also survey our employees on an annual basis, and use the feedback we receive to identify areas of improvement across the company.

Pros

Friendly and supportive coworkers who make the day-to-day work environment enjoyable. Sometimes get ice-cream

Cons

Hard work and strong performance often do not feel recognized or rewarded. There is a noticeable lack of accountability. Employees who consistently underperform or make repeated mistakes often face few consequences. Mistakes made by others frequently have to be corrected by coworkers, creating additional workload for employees who are already performing well. There appears to be a disconnect between upper management and warehouse operations, making employees feel that their concerns and feedback are not fully understood. perception of favoritism in promotion decisions. I observed multiple instances where employees with family ties to management were promoted, which made the process feel less merit-based.
