Pros

I have worked for Software Technology for several years. The company is stable, team-oriented and has a great work environment and good hours (M-F, 8-5p). There is a great training program as you learn the software and on-going training to help with your personal and professional development. I have learned a lot, been very happy working here and would recommend it to others.

Cons

Great 401K and good medical insurance. Company contributions to dental plan would be nice.

Our training program is designed to help employees be knowledgeable and remain marketable to advance their career. We think we have great benefits too - health, dental and vision insurance along with an above average 401K contribution at 7%!

I am a long time employee. This company really cares about its clients and employees. It is a busy, but fun, team-oriented work environment. Everyone helps each other out!

Steady work, possibility to make more with commission

You’ll sometimes feel like there’s not enough hands on deck, and you’re trying to plug all the holes with not enough fingers.
