Pros
Great place to work and have your job turn into a career. Management staff is established; most with 10+ years of experience in their position. Very open-door policy; management wants to hear your ideas and suggestions to improve the environment. Room for advancement in all departments for those that show initiative, dedication to excellence and solid work ethics.
Cons
As with any call center, there are difficult situations that will be encountered during a call. However, the resources and personnel in place is there specifically so that answers can be provided. No WiFi available for non-managerial personnel. Although computers are newer, physical materials in office are somewhat worse for wear (bookcases, desks, etc). Proper stands for 2nd monitors (which are standard on most computers in office) are not provided by the company. Decor and paint colors are not really conductive to a 'positive' work environment; institutional color scheme.
