A friendly workplace, great 401k match, and a focus on releasing quality products rather than rushing to meet deadlines makes this a good place to work. You are not expected to work more than 40 hours a week.
Cons
I felt as if vacation time could have been a little higher, and flex time isn't really allowed, except in very limited circumstances.
