Pros

Even in tech support, you are given every opportunity to take on new projects and use all your skills. If you take on additional responsibility and do it well, you are almost always recognized for it in the form of a promotion or company wide notification. The tenure here is unmatched, I've never seen anything like it. I read one review that said you can't build a career here, but I find the opposite to be true. I think anyone can make this job their own and use it to build a career. Almost everyone who has been here for 15 years or more, and there are a lot of them, started out in the Support department, which has an incredibly low turnover, I think because it doesn't feel like a call center you've ever been in before. Myself and even a programmer both started in Support around the same time. Much of the low turnover is due to the fact that all departments work directly with each other, rather than some automatic process or someone else forwarding your work, you get to be a part of the whole process. Essentially, you feel like you are actually making something happen here. I can't say that for many jobs. Catered food twice a month, company food days, and employees are always bringing community food in each week it seems. Certain Fridays a large number of us are invited to get drinks after work. You've got health, vision, dental, 401k, and you are paid well.

Cons

I haven't found any diamonds laying around in the parking lot yet.

Pros

Steady work, possibility to make more with commission

Cons

You’ll sometimes feel like there’s not enough hands on deck, and you’re trying to plug all the holes with not enough fingers.
