Pros

- Livable pay, but was not competitive for my skill set. - Solid benefits package. - Stable hours, Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Cons

- wages were not competitive for the industry. Livable for the area but not the most appealing. - Higher-ups were quick to request more tasks, but slow to catch up with appropriate compensation. - Promotion was mentioned, but goalposts were repeatedly moved and promotion was denied even when the department was in need.

I am a long time employee. This company really cares about its clients and employees. It is a busy, but fun, team-oriented work environment. Everyone helps each other out!
