Pros

Software Technology is a company that cares for their employees and their customers. No day is ever the same. If you are driven to dig in, you will be given opportunities to take on different projects. The company doesn't expect you to work weekends or long days to meet deadlines. They realize that you have a life outside of work hours. They recognize people for a job well done.

Cons

The company tends to be a little conservative, but probably isn't necessarily a bad thing because they will be around for many years to come.

I am a long time employee. This company really cares about its clients and employees. It is a busy, but fun, team-oriented work environment. Everyone helps each other out!
