Pros
Good base of vision and mission; healthy foods, supporting communities. Good corporate templates for food service directors to use each month.
Cons
Horrible regional management, zero flexibility, outdated HR procedures, poor communication. No development opportunities, zero support. Benefits are expensive and very limited medical providers outside of MN. HR follows very outdated and inflexible procedures. No thought or caring towards employees. Poor pre and post employment communication.
