Pros
Taher is unique. The sales team is able to use the small size, chef council, and family owned concept to their benefit as they pitch the program to potential clients. Pay is higher than most of their competitors.
Cons
They promise clients customized programs that ops cannot deliver on because their target plate cost unrealistically low and they don’t have enough corporate support to make the client’s dreams a reality. Benefits are poor except Doctegrity which is the only saving grace to the entire insurance program.
