-Manager and the physicians like to do their work in long meeting where you will literally be their transcriber rather than working on their contributions and reviews during their own time. -Manager did not provide any training but expected you to know how the company work is done which is very individual to the company. Most companies do not function in the way Taiho does -Overall a horrible experience from someone who has been in the industry for 7+ years and very capable of doing the job but upper management is very biased on treating who they "like" better than rest. -3 people quit my position all within one year, should tell you all you need to know.
