Pros

Beginning at a new company can be daunting. trying to acclimate and overcome learning curves can all be challenging. At Taiho, through both transitions I personally felt supported, encouraged, and challenged to be the best not only employee but person for my personal growth and career development. Each member of Taiho whether they're on my team or not are ready, willing, and able to assist so long as it is asked or communicated. From a remote employee perspective and an in-office employee perspective, I'm always in the know. Taiho has great systems set up for everyone to have what it is that they need to gain the information they desire. Overall, great company! Did I mention that the benefits are fully paid for by the company with no payroll deduction? This is almost unheard of - until Taiho.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Hybrid work, free snacks and drinks, 100% coverage of health insurance premiums, lunch stipend

Cons

People are being laid off even though the company claims to be profitable year after year. Upper management is a good old boys network and you won't be valued if you aren't part of the kool kids klub.
