Pros

Fast decision makers. Trying to provide great benefits. Some of their systems are good (single sign on platform is nice). The CEO and CMOs are very open, kind and approachable.

Cons

Some important communication is misleading. Intentions are often good but there is no follow through, Answers to most requests are "no" and it feels like they work hard not to put anything in writing if they can avoid it. Some of the benefits feel like a bait and switch. Although the verbal intention from upper management is to not have 2 classes of employees, it is hard to deny that there are with the actions taken after the acquisition/transition with Astex.

Pros

Hybrid work, free snacks and drinks, 100% coverage of health insurance premiums, lunch stipend

Cons

People are being laid off even though the company claims to be profitable year after year. Upper management is a good old boys network and you won't be valued if you aren't part of the kool kids klub.
