      People / patient first oriented company! I value the opportunity to contribute to Taiho’s mission of improving the lives of patients with cancer, their families, and their caregivers. The company cultivates a positive work environment that allows for flexibility and offers a hybrid work model, which is wonderful for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Since Taiho is a growing company, some day to day aspects are still more manual; however, it is great to be a part of the innovation moving forward.

      Pros

      Hybrid work, free snacks and drinks, 100% coverage of health insurance premiums, lunch stipend

      Cons

      People are being laid off even though the company claims to be profitable year after year. Upper management is a good old boys network and you won't be valued if you aren't part of the kool kids klub.
