Pros

The health benefits were okay.

Cons

Overworked, micromanaged, too many unnecessary meetings, toxic work culture and the list goes on. They just do not care about you. And they made us do volunteer work on Juneteenth, racist much?

Pros

Hybrid work, free snacks and drinks, 100% coverage of health insurance premiums, lunch stipend

Cons

People are being laid off even though the company claims to be profitable year after year. Upper management is a good old boys network and you won't be valued if you aren't part of the kool kids klub.
