Great opportunities for employees, fair discounts for employees as well, most employees have a decent knowledge of cars, not too many good things

Cons

Poor management (DMs), move employees around a lot without thought of cost to employees, tools needed for job are never available

Flexible Schedule and relatively easy work.

Cons

Extremely low pay - lower than advertised Told overtime was available but it wasn't Schedule changed from day to day, and even on the day Was told could make more selling, but was kept in pit Business was dead most days
