easy, fun and great learning experience decent benefits

Cons

never got to take a vacation, never more than 2 days off, only entitled to work 55 hours always work 60 to 70 no recognition, only things you need to improve on, don't get sick they will doc your pay, company is crazy about labor, when taking in 70cents on the dollar profit margins your assistant manager and even your tech will make more than the gm. place is a joke

This company doesn't care about its employees. All they care about is their car count. The anoint of work you have to do is not worth the starting pay for a manager. The constantly add more procedures and work but will not increase pay
