Company allows harassment from corporate management. They do a lot of covering up to ensure that racist comments, harassment of employees with disabilities, and general unethical practices are immediately covered up. They make employees and store level management sign agreements after these things happen , so the reality never gets outside their locations. Corporate management never addresses the underlying issues, so they continue. Very corrupt organization.
