This company doesn't care about its employees. All they care about is their car count. The anoint of work you have to do is not worth the starting pay for a manager. The constantly add more procedures and work but will not increase pay

Flexible Schedule and relatively easy work.

Cons

Extremely low pay - lower than advertised Told overtime was available but it wasn't Schedule changed from day to day, and even on the day Was told could make more selling, but was kept in pit Business was dead most days
