Pros

The company has been through a lot of needed change and now on the right path! Drama and politics are NOT welcomed specially by the leaders in place now. The past year has been awesome - challenging 'yes' - but a place where people care about each other.

Cons

Change is occurring all the time - not a bad thing. If you hate change this is not the company for you.
