Pros

None, unless you regard having to fill a ton of forms before a conversation a pro

Cons

Well qualified full time job seeker for mid management level or high growth big corp positions. I was asked to fill out a bunch of forms (which is not the norm for non-contractor/staffing positions), and meet their recruiter for a "face to face". After i reluctantly agreed to it and met the recruiter for an hour, absolutely nothing was accomplished on his end. There were no leads or potential positions. Purely a huge waste of time. Icing on the cake, after 2.5 months of no contact, one day I get pitched a job that's about 30% of my qualifications and I'd be shocked if it paid even 45-60% of my current salary. Good thing I had internal connects and got an offer at a big organization paying what i can only assume is 3x the salary this "recruiter" was pitching me. My recommendation for any potential full time job seekers is to not waste time with this firm. I understand that job searchers are all about connecting and volume, but trust me when I say that this firm and the people they employ have no idea what they're doing.

Pros

Teammates and leaders are so helpful with making intros to their network, giving newer people like me a leg up! There is ongoing training on best practices, strategy, and new technology to make sure we're bringing out A-game with clients. Even in a remote market, we get together often, and I feel closer to my current teammates than I did at companies where I worked in an office.

Cons

Cold calling and breaking into a new market isn't for the weak, but also... that's the nature of the job!
