I almost nerver write reviews because they are 90% situation based, not based as a whole. However, after mutiple encounters with Courtney @ Talentbridge, I felt compeled to do so. I meet Countney Holmes Mann about 2 months ago, I knew she was different when she stopped (in what I thought was the middle of) our interview to send me to an assignment. I just didn't know how different she was. Two weeks prior to meeting her I responded to a post "five offer Friday" with her wanting to changes the lives of five women. That post was a gate way to her starting a change in my life. Within the short time she has sent me on assignments, followed me closely looking for work, and landed me Full time placement. Courtney, is a great recruiter! Through all my temp companies I have yet to find a steady placement and be extremely happy with the location & pay. Courtney, works hard to locate placement, she cares about the candidate, and she listens to what we are saying. She promptly returns email and phone calls. She have completed her role in changing my life and I am 100% sure she will do the same for you. If all the recruiters are half as great as she than I can't understand why you aren't already employees of Talent bridge.
