Pros

Great positions and that's it

Cons

I've worked with them for about a year and I always have payroll issues... Handbook says Friday contracts say Monday.... I've been receiving pay two days prior since day one! All of a sudden on the week I'm supposed to receive a separate bonus I'm being told by my bank that no funds have been released because its intact one big check! Every week it's an inconvenience especially being that I have things to take care of during the weekend because I work during the week and I wake up only to realize I won't have any money until Monday! No one in payroll is helpful because to them we shouldn't look for anything until Monday anyway smh

Thank you for your comment and we value your insight. Our Handbook Amendment established Monday as payday for this project and all employees signed acknowledging receipt of the Handbook Amendment and the understanding payroll for this project was Mondays. All bonuses were processed with our standard Monday payroll and were acknowledged received by the financial institutions on Friday for Monday availability. We do not control the access to funds after payroll is processed. All TalentBridge policies are established in the Handbook with Handbook Amendments for selected projects. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Pros

Teammates and leaders are so helpful with making intros to their network, giving newer people like me a leg up! There is ongoing training on best practices, strategy, and new technology to make sure we're bringing out A-game with clients. Even in a remote market, we get together often, and I feel closer to my current teammates than I did at companies where I worked in an office.

Cons

Cold calling and breaking into a new market isn't for the weak, but also... that's the nature of the job!
