Internal communication does not exist- the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Zero career growth opportunities.
Promotions are handed to anyone who is in the bro club everyone has to apply / beg for a promotion or pay increase and is denied despite pages of examples to why an increase is warranted.
Expected to do multiple projects outside of your job description without additional compensation.
Always creating new initiatives without fixing existing issues or seeing the last 'new initiative' through.
Very sexist environment with fragile egos that do not know how to handle constructive feedback or criticism. Someone could have a fantastic idea, but if their title doesn't reflect the idea, it's a bad one because 'upper management' didn't come up with it.
Always asking for feedback but never actually listening, or implementing anything.
So many people in leadership positions that have no business leading other people- but they're Tandem OG's- so it doesn't matter.
