Pros

-Relaxed environment -Innovative products -Nice break room

Cons

-Temps are used to do "backfill" work with no intention of hiring them full time. -Leadership lie as to why temps leave. How does every one who is let go happen to "forge their time card"? -Toxic gossip -No room for growth -Management plays favorites. Employee output and work ethic mean nothing since management only gives additional responsibilities to their confidants. -Little to no training. Training includes shadowing people in other departments, but no training on how to do your own job. Resulting in loads of employees not knowing how to use the system properly. Plus the senior employees who do the training are not great at their jobs, causing the cycle to never end. - Obvious tension between departments: -passive aggressive emails -no one takes responsibility for their actions - leadership is too lazy/don't care to have correct issues

Great Product. Not so great place to work at.

Pros

An amazing product. Really changes things up for those with diabetes and it was good to hear how excited the patients were on getting started with their new device.

Cons

Great product. Not so great place to work at in my experience at least. There’s only so much that can be covered during the training so it’s a bit intimidating when you finally start on the job and the team lead seems to expect you to just know everything. Very heavily micromanaged. Everything is watched from the amount of calls made, to the time between them, if we have to go off queue that’s timed as well. Even with the job being remote it was a bit uncomfortable having all these metrics. It made it tough for me to take my time when I was first starting and making sure I did things the right way instead of rushing through everything in order to make the numbers look good. Leadership wasn’t so clear on explaining how to do certain things at times and almost seemed bothered when asking to have them explain again or for help in general. Maybe it just wasn’t a match for me, but it wasn’t a good experience.

Pros

Decent pay but most of the time you go through a recruiter

Cons

minimal breaks (10min, 30min, 10 min), track your every move, little to no supervisor support, low moral, not a rewarding job, adhere to schedule but when you are in a call you cannot just say you need to go because you are past your lunch time. You will then get docked for this on your adherence which needs to be at least a 90%.
