I've been a part of Tarento Group for over 4 years and overall, it's been a positive experience. The CEO is a remarkable leader, and their influence contributes to a fantastic company culture. The hybrid work model is a plus, providing flexibility.
Cons
However, my satisfaction is marred by some challenges. The top management's approach to project planning seems inconsistent. There have been instances where projects are taken on with over-optimistic promises, leading to challenges for the execution team. Unfortunately, this dynamic can result in undue pressure on the team members and further are then blamed.
