Pros

Paid the bills and was a fun, enjoyable job under old leadership.

Cons

New leadership is terrible top to bottom. Dont question them or you’ll be on their bad side. HR isn’t there to help and will report anything you say back to management. No mutual respect. They want yours but give none in return. Also, sexist environment and no room for a female to move up. You’re a Secretary or nothing around there.
