Pros

Education Benefits through Guild Program pay 100% of the costs for a variety of useful degrees. Career Progression is possible if you are determined and find a greater SD and/or Mentor.

Cons

Bonus Structure is appealing. 500 a year for making payroll, 500 for making sales, and 1500 if both are met, with performance bonuses throughout the year of around 500-600, raise are almost fair, but you have to achieve a 3 on the 1-3 scale for it to be anything worth it.
