Pros
The pay and access to benefits make this a good job for anyone looking for first job or something to supplement as a second job.
Cons
The company’s values and priorities as far as employee treatment are concerned have not been consistent. This is a corporation after all, and they have made it clear time and time again that you will be expected to give your all for very little in return. Upward mobility is a lottery as experienced team members are often overstepped with external hires for otherwise promoted roles. The recent controversy involving the quick dissolution of DEI policies has made a lot of team members rapidly adjust their understanding of the company’s values to be aimed at pure and simple neutrality rather than simply doing the right thing.
