Team member discounts Holiday Pay for team members Working with team members Clean environment for customers to shop and enjoy

Cons

District Leadership is inept Manage the business to fake upper management tours Regional Leadership has no clue about the challenges of running a store on the labor model that is given. Stores spend incredible amounts of labor to get ready for these self serving visits from Regional Leaders to make it appear that things are running that way everyday. No one seems to check and see how much payroll was spent to get ready for these visits.
