Pros
-The pay is great, compared to similar and/or competing companies. I was getting paid $11 and they raised it to $11.50 because of the companies "performance" in the last year. -They also would order food for us every now and then. (eg. Panda Express, Arroz imperial act.) -The fact that you can get your employee discount (10%) on already discounted items.
Cons
-They put a lot of weight on your shoulder metaphorically and literally. -They don't like giving hours, but they expect the MOST to be done, with an understaffed crew most of the time. -My coworkers (who have been there longer than me and the rest of the seasonal people) would leave all the hardest work to us. -If you happened to hit compliance (work past 6 hours straight) HR will literally go behind your back and punch you in and out of break even though you did not take one just so the company doesn't get fined!!! -I was hired for a seasonal position. They never gave me a end date. They never spoke to me. They never "laid me off". The one time I asked to speak with HR all they said was "good question, I really don't know" -I had a a senior coworker call me "stupid" in Spanish because my work over her unfinished work on my third day on the job.
