Pros
Easy to make friends and different work areas give different perks and possibilities. I like the opportunities to advance or train in other areas. Receiving annual raises is also a plus.
Cons
Not everyone has a bad experience. In fact, quite a few people enjoy working there, especially within the first few months. The main problem, both for myself and those I work with, is the way the managers run things. Most places are going to have problems in management, but Target has a knack for hiring managers with the fake 'Target smile' and the just as fake happy attitude. They seem to make an effort to find reasons to tell you you're doing something wrong while they leave bigger problems unsolved and overlooked, no matter how many people complain or bring it to their attention. This does not include all managers, nor does it affect all Team Members.
