Pros
GREAT management, flexible hours, they let you switch shifts with other team memebers if you can't come in, discounts, they pay more then most retail jobs which is pretty good, friendly co-workers, very leniant, everyone is serious about their work so there's not much childish behavior like with most retail stores, no favoritism, managements and team leads listen to your ideas, unlike with most retail jobs targets management and team leads actually care about you and they could even become some of your closest friends a long with your co-workers, family environment, they feed us lol. they have multiple team leads so its not the same person there all the time
Cons
If you are a new hire you might feel left out for a while because there is a lot of clicks, but that happens with most retail jobs. During certain seasons your hours are going to go WAY WAY WAAYY down depending on your department which makes your pay and work days really slow. There's been a lot of changes with managment and team leads which has caused some unorgnization. Some emloyees can be really lazy so you have to pick up on their slack because we get a lot of visits from corporate and if soemthing isn't done or somerthing looks messy your whole departement will get in trouble, while they are leniant which can be good at times, it causes for A LOT of call outs which only leaves like 2 or 3 people in the whole departement and sometimes you could be there by yourself for HOURS which puts more work on you, some TL's want you to do so many tasks in such little time for example they will ask you to work out reshop and as you work out reshop pick up and zone the tables and racks near where you're reshopping... but do it in 20 minutes like what lol. and they rush you A LOT which can get annoying sometimes
