-The fast, fun & friendly culture exists on the surface. While many employees are genuinely good people, way too many are passive aggressive and there was high-school type drama that should not exist in a professional environment...especially from middle/upper management! -Things finally appear to be changing for the better under the new CEO, however while I was there there was a lot of bloat and non-value add work done simply to impress superiors rather than drive business results. -While the culture is technically very tolerant and open, there is a big push to mold everyone into a single type/style of leader. Diversity of thought isn't as respected as what the company sells to outsiders.
