Disappointing. - Backroom Team Member Target Employee Review

Executives and higher level team leaders treat other employees quite poorly and are very distant, almost an upper class ruling over/exploiting a lower class sort of environment. Hours are quite brutal for logistics team members, with very little compensation for their 4AM start time. Management have no idea what these team members actually do.
