Pros
I worked the early morning shift (4am-1pm). Those first couple of hours were really great especially for someone who has slight autism and ADHD. You are basically working by yourself with the assistance of managers to let you know if an item can be checked off. Guests rarely encountered me because you are constantly moving. My team leads were really nice and extremely helpful. I've worked at Target prior and had a terrible experience but this experience was so much better thanks to managers being more down to earth.
Cons
This is just corporate but the time assigned to each OPU was extremely unreasonable for the amount of items needed to pick. especially when its during the holidays and the store gets busy towards the afternoon. Also when being trained for ship and OPU no one really trains you thoroughly. You kind of have to pick it up on your own. And lastly, I don't know if this was because of the holidays but a lot of the times there would be items on a pick up list that weren't even off of the truck yet or we would have had to dig through all of the boxes as they were coming off the trucks.
